From my joey or the tv to have 2 screens in different location in room. Today I ordered A RF Modulator. From what I read that should work. Sure hope they have a very detailed instructions. My monitor has AVG connector on it. What do I need to buy to connect coax to it?

Oh dear. The RF modulator you bought almost certainly puts out an NTSC channel 3 or 4 signal which would require an NTSC tuner such as those in TV sets. There are no "monitors" I know of that have NTSC tuners. My daughter does have a Samsung monitor with an ATSC tuner, but that hardly helps!

I thought
Monitor = display with inputs but no tuner of any description.

TV = monitor with tuner.

If I read correctly, your monitor only has a VGA input. Something like this might work, but you'd need to use the HDMI output on your satellite receiver. I'm a little skeptical of it being HDCP compliant but claims to be.

OK, that shows what I know. I have a old TV, has a picture tube, you know before the flat screens. On the back, it only has a connector for a coax. Can I use the RF modulator and make this TV work

Yep, use the Red, White, Yellow AVI Connectors from the Joey to the RF Mod, then run Coax from the TV Out on the RF Mod to the coax connector on the TV, set the TV to channel 3 or 4.

Edit: ooops someone answered already
