Good to know. When I called them earlier, the CSR said "No, I'm sorry, we removed Epix from that package permanately."

Well that settles it. We are not seeing Epix we just think we are.
Crazy that Dish reps don't even know what channels their own packages have. Can't say I'm surprised, though!

As much as I (we all) know about deficiencies in the CSR's when you say the script what that really means is DISH management. And indeed we can blame DISH management for poor training or poor communication with the CSR's.
