any chance for a new dual tuner ota dongle?

As you can see, Krell was responding to JSheridan's answer about OTA channels in Multiview. I answered that. His question had nothing to do with options. Krell is learning new things about the cUI on his Hopper 3. Baby steps is a good way to learn about new things so you don't get confused by different steps trying to accomplish a task...
In that case, why didn't your answer walk him through step by step about how to get to Multiview in the first place? Without that knowledge, my advice was the more helpful answer, and TheKrell Liked my follow-up post after you complained about my post. I notice that he did not Like your post, so...

Thank you gentlemen. I appreciate all the answers, even though my understanding of the CUI is still rather pedestrian. :( What this old world needs is an H2 with a MENU! :D I'll eventually get around to the multiview view. Pretty sexy. I could never do that on my 722.
If you are using the old 40.0 remote, push the red button and choose TV Activity.

That worked. I have 16 tuners, one of which was in use of course, and 2 OTA tuners 0 of which are in use. Thanks crodrules.

So should we hope for more retrans disputes so Dish finally gets serious about making a usable OTA tuner?

Fine by me. I dropped sat delivered locals like a hot potato as soon as that option was available. Now if only Dish would fix the WETA main channel guide, I'd be happy.

Judging by recent uplink reports, the next big one may be with Tegna. Dish changed the OTA guide mapping for those stations to make them independent streams from the guide data for the satellite-delivered versions. That is usually a sign that Dish is preparing for a dispute. If I am right, this would impact my market, since WKYC (NBC) is one of the stations on that list.

No need to hope. The consistency that local channel conglomerates keep demanding 5x inflation (or more) price hikes, there will be plenty of disputes.
