I have a craig CLC 504e tv and can't find a code to work on my 54.0 remote. Can't get it to learn either, any suggestions on a code?

Hi there! I hate to hear that the codes are not responding to your model of TV. An additional code you may use is "0180". - Christina W.

It does certainly sound that way! You can always try contacting Craig to see if they have any other codes to try.

Thanks Bobby, and HipKat, no luck.this is the remote from _ _'ll. Won't learn from the craig remote either. Guess this is a two remote system, last cheap tv for me.

Just out of curiosity, when you press the volume button, which light on the top of the remote lights up, TV or Aux? Also, I'll post something on our tech portal and see if anyone can find that code

Tv light comes on
OK, just making sure, I've seen some out of the box that had the Aux Devices set to control by default. Hopefully someone on the portal will come up with a code for you. In the meantime, LG and Visio codes often work on other TV's, if you want to kill some time and try going through them

Thanks Bobby, no luck. I hate to give up on stuff but this seems impossible. Tv only couple years old, not sure why no code.

I had a similar problem trying to get the remote to control my Vizio soundbar. Vizio isn't listed in the list of makes when setting up the remote, so I tried the learning mode and that didn't work either. A few days later I needed to switch inputs on the soundbar using the Vizio remote but I could hardly read the LCD panel on the remote. So I changed out the batteries and the LCD was bright. So I tried the learning mode on the Dish remote again, and low and behold it worked. I guess the signal was too weak from the Vizio remote the first time. So you might trying putting fresh batteries in the Craig remote and see if that works.

Talk to support at Craig today, said not there problem. They said Dish needs to fix problem, not sure how to go forward with this. If the 54.0 remote won't learn the Craig remote then a 4 digit remote code would probaly not work either. I'm so happy with the wally so I will be using two remotes for now. Maybe at later date Dish will add more Craig remote codes.

I took a look at the Craig codes built in to my Hopper 3, it would be the same for the Wally. It listed the CLC 501 and CLC 503 but not the CLC 504. The code I asked you to try was the code for the two existing models. I have to ask, just to be sure of how you are doing things, how are you trying to enter the TV into the remote. Please be specific, step by step.
