Byron Allen’s Light TV Will Transition To ‘TheGrio.TV’ Next Month To Kick Off MLK Day Weekend. I presume this will just be his syndicated shows on loop? If he doesn't bothered acquiring content for his 'cable' channels he will hardly acquire content for this?

No! I love Light TV.
It's one of the very few channels that always has easy care-free movies to watch. It's not heavy in controversy or conflict like so many other channels. It's just a great go-to channel for when you need to decompress after a long day. Wow, I am so sad.
