The FCC Will Allow ABC, CBS, FOX, & NBC TV Stations to Shutdown Free ATSC 1.0 & Switch to ATSC 3.0 Only

I have an LG TV with a 3.0 Tuner. I don't know if my local broadcasts are in true ATSC 3.0 but I get pixelization, where as I do not have any issues on the 1.0 broadcasts.

I can't see 1.0 going away until every television sold has a 3.0 tuner, and then it will be another 10 years after that. Its going to be the same transition we went through from Analog to digital
