Dish Network 4th Quarter Report early Preview

Former Metro Detroit Resident that now lives in Florida.

Since it has you living in Chicago, why not get the MLB without the VPN, then if you wish, ESPN+ for the Red Wings and League Pass for the Pistons.
Yes, that's exactly what I've come to... MLB, but I use a VPN with location as Florida. If you choose Chicago, it blacks you out of more than half the games. Won't show you Cleveland, Minnesota, it's crazy. League Pass works great for the Pistons out of Chicago without a VPN.

Not to get off topic, but I run a VPN on every device I have whether I’m trying to hide something or change my location or whatever any reason anybody would use one, I just think it’s a good idea to not be so open about everything that everybody is trying to monitor
Maybe I should just go this route in general, but it seems like every streaming service picks up the VPN and won't allow me access. I have Speedify as it would flip me over from Starlink to my mobile wifi when I had obstructions, but those obstructions are rare, so I didn't need the switchover. Do you have any advice on the streaming service blocks under VPN?

Because DTV sucks that's why. It's crappy service and many people who stay with them, do it for football. I know, I replace DTV customers every single day. I'm your boots on the ground. I hear the DTV customer complaints and losing the NFL is one I hear, often.

Which speaks to the debate with Bruce and SamCdbs. You're both right, but it depends. Some small city or town that doesn't have pro-sports or are in a pro-sports region may not care about RSN's. Here, I get an earful daily about the cubs by customers so here, the RSN's are very important
How many customers did they loose when they dropped OAN :D :shh . sh*t you thought the sky was falling!!!!:D:facepalm

Turns out I don't miss the RSN's one bit, not even NESN. I would actually rather pay for MLB, if I want to my choice, with all the features it has. I like being able to watch with the radio announcers feed.

This report is terrible news, but looking around that's what is happening in the industry.
