Make it to where people can view my profile

Me and my freind are haveing this problem for when we go on each others profile or someone else goes into our profile it says that this user limits who can view their profile. How do I fix this?

I believe, you click on your name (Top right), then scroll down to Privacy, then down to "Allow Users To: View your details on your Profile page ... then click the drop down button and choose All Visitors.

At the top of the page click your username and on the left select Privacy. Scroll down to the section Allow users to: and make the appropriate changes there. Finally, click Save.

Most Important part is as you said, remember to Click SAVE
