Warning! They have gone real "dark" so far. My wife loved the first season, has no desire to watch any more after seeing the first two.

I'm a new comer to the book series. I only listened to Open Season on a recent trip to Phoenix. I'm hooked and want more.

Yeh, finale was very good, except for the very end. I hoped we were done with them.

I get Pickett books from my local library as e-books. Every book has a different story, Right? So, you don't need to start from book 1 and go on. I will start from Series 1 this evening.

The books do follow the family story, reading out of order could spoil things and be confusing.

Midway through season 1 and enjoying this. I do find the storyline about the Joe's dad and brother a little distracting.
