Sometime in July 2023, without any announcement, WBAY-TV 2.3, the local Circle affiliate in Green Bay, Wiconsin, has added a secondary overnight MyNetworkTV affiliate, which replaces WACY-TV 32, who has abandoned the network in favor of a return to independence...
