Green Bay
Green Bay, Wisconsin still has yet to get a new broadcast affiliate for MeTV (and the other Weigel Broadcasting-owned stations) on their own channel, as Weigel Broadcasting bought WFXS-TV 55's old tower/equipment, which broadcast on RF channel 31 in Wittenberg, Wisconsin, with the intent of moving the equipment/tower/city of license to Shawano, Wisconsin and boosting the ERP to 1,000 kilowatts (once Weigel gets the FCC's permission), close enough to Green Bay, Wisconsin for the new dual-market MeTV affiliate to rimshot the city with a Grade B signal.

I have a feeling that a repeater station at the Scray's Hill towers in the Green Bay area will alleviate the shortfalls from that Grade B signal originating in Shawano in the future...

There is no evidence to support the statement that tower and equipment was purchased or that it will be moved. Weigel bought a construction permit for the vacant allotment at an FCC auction of vacant allotments. Further, while Weigel has requested the move to Shawano, Weigel has provided only theoretical parameters at placeholder coordinates in the community of Shawano, so we don't know what the final technical parameters will be. And the theoretical parameters call for 65 kW, not 1000 kW. (They amended down to 65 kW to avoid interference.)

Finally, "Grade B signal" no longer exists in the world of digital television. The phrase is meaningless, because with digital a signal is either decoded or not; it does not degrade gracefully into static.
