How do you watch a Sporting event in Vertical ... you may as well have someone stand there with a Cell phone ... No thank you.

kids today watch everything vertically on their phone thanks to tiktok and snapchat. everyone records stuff that way too. I watch people recording stuff vertically and then moving the phone all over the place to capture and i'm like.....just turn the phone! i don't get it.

Phones should be incapable of recording video at vertical.

The only time I think it is viable to shoot video in vertical is for a waterfall, and that is at particular vantage points. It seems very rare that one would have such a narrow field of interest. Especially when recording Breaking News events!
