SXM still giving discounts

They told me last year, that I don't have to call in or Chat (I find that easier) that they would give me a comparable rate ... we'll see.

I did get an email last month about rates for next year, forgot what exactly it said, I'll have to look at it again.
our bill was close to $ 400.00!!! id'e def keep an eye on it!!! they haven't bugged us yet to come back... it should get interesting!!!

i have all of the playlists burned into my brain LOL.. i like lossless files over compressed crap to!!!
Oh, so regardless of what they offer it won't be good enough as your an audiofile which nothing else is good enough.

How do you get Lossless when it has to be compressed in order to get to you ?

I did that 10-15 years ago ... eventually gave up.
I'm not as particular, I may listen to some music for awhile then change to College Football or NFL or MLB discussions then maybe back to music.

i get what your saying about the sports though for me sports has to be on t.v. :). even with 7 million channels it's the same songs over and over :coco. since i don't work out of my car for long periods of time it's just not worth it..

tried to reup the gf radio and she got an offer... but the f**king twits put her radio on someone elses acct as it disapeared off of her acct now it has to be sent to the higher up's!!! she didn't even get an e-mail conf saying that she re uped for a year. she tried to log into her streaming acct and it was still locked... she told the rep she won't go back after this. not even the rep could explain what happened....

I've been paying around $12 a month for Platinum for the last several years, had to threaten to cancel a time or two but always got a deal through chat. FF to June bought a new Ford F-150 and they had me add my free preview in the truck to my previous account on my Honda Pilot that I traded in. Said I would not lose any of my free months by combining. FF to last month I get an email stating that starting Feb 24 bill is going up to $32! I love the service and the app, but no way am I keeping it for $32 a month. I'll play the chat game when the time comes we'll see what happens.

So I started a chat with SiriusXM from my user account saying that I might have to cancel my count because I can't afford the new price they are giving me triple what I was paying. They immediately offered me 12 months of Music and Entertainment Plan for just $5.99 per month for my 2025 Ford F-150 Radio. It stated this updated plan now includes every channel SiriusXM offers—music, talk shows, podcasts, and live sports. Said I'll be able to listen in my vehicle, online, or through the SiriusXM app. I accepted. I had Platinum, I'm assuming they changed the name again because it says includes every channel.

Interesting .... I haven't been to the website lately.

As far as mine that was due in Feb ... they told me last year that I no longer needed to call or Chat in and they would give me the same deal as last year, they were right ... I got the same deal, NO HASSLE :)

After all these years (since '08) they finally figured out what I need .... lol

Was that on phone or chat? Maybe next time I will try to get an ongoing deal. Chatting once a year is worth it as long as the outcome is good, but would be good not to have to remember to do it e very year on two accounts. Thanks for the input.

I'm currently subscribed with a Sportster radio and a car. When I went through the cancellation process for the Sportster, I was handed off to their AI chatbot, Harmony, which offered $7.99 for Music & Entertainment and $6.99 for Music.

As always, this does not include the fees.
