Remote vs. Local networks

First time newbie looking for help - - - The facts: DISH TV customer, no OTA stations available (mountains), local stations "not yet available to subs", presently receiving networks from LA and NY - - - Do I understand it correctly that, as of 12/1/06, I will no longer have any of the networks via DISH due top court ruling in Florida? - - - If the answer is somewhere on this website, please direct me - if not, is my assumption correct? Thank You in advance !! - - - thecoz
