Say.. for those who live in that city, how are your HD picture quality (and sound) content coming in from ABC, NBC, CBS and FOX channels?

I have OTA with a 211 and have found that the network content to be equal to that of E*. I know that at times that is not saying a great deal. Overall, I just wish there was more HD content than is being shown.:) :)

I get the St. Louis locals. I notice some pixelation occasionally, and am wondering if maybe I'm not getting a strong enough signal. But overall I think it's good.

I used to have alot of audio sync trouble with the HD stl. locals. I havnt noticed that lately. But, I havnt been watching much tv.

A friend of mine receives his HD locals with a OTA antenna. He said that his channels are clearer than my Dish HD locals. I dont know for a fact myself, but as a general rule its true if u read these forums much.

Utter Crap. It pixelates/glitches a lot - a minimum of 5 times per show usually a lot more for all the Local HD Channels. The OTA also sucks - CW11 always pixelates and glitches even though I average 100 percent signal. I am considering going back to DTV if they dont resolve this.

I'm getting my St. Louis locals OTA just fine here in St. Peters. I specifically asked for a Dish 1000 instead of the 1000+ when I got my 622 upgrade last October.

What about the Local High Defs? Are you experienceing any kind of picture loss or glitches?

I don't get HD Locals from Dish. Didn't want or need them, which is why I asked for the D1000 instead of the D1000+ they wanted to give me.

My OTA's have the following concerns: CW 11-almost always has pixel trouble even though my signal is at 90-93.
MY 46 is the weakest of all locals, and does not come in at all when it is cloudy or worse.
I would rank the pictures from the other locals with 1 being best:
1. CBS, 2. ABC, 3. FOX, and 4. NBC (very grainy)

This is my ranking from best to worst for the Satellite Locals:

ABC, CBS, NBC, Fox.

Here is an interesting tidbit. ABC and CBS are on Transponder 20
while NBC and Fox are on Transponder 24 (info from Tech Support). NBC and Fox are my worst channels.

As for my OTA CW-11 PIXELATES even though my signal is at 95-100. I told Dish about it but they said they have no known issues. You need to call and complain about this because the only way this will get fixed is if people complain. The only reason I care about this is because they dont offer CW-11 HD through the satellite.
