Dish does not make announcements as to what is coming until they are ready to active them. Retailers are not told until they are ready or have already be made available. Just because a channel has been uplinked will ever be given to us. One can only wait.

Anyone know if/when the New York RSN's in HD will be available to subscribers? I see they have been uplinked.

It is a shame E* can't get the NY RSN's up. I look at 61.5 and live in NY area. SNY, MSG, and FOXNY have more HD programming in a week, than SUN and Fox Fl have in a month.
E* says they were reluctant to put up RSN's for lack of content, come on now this is the height of sports this month with baseball, NBA, and NHL all going strong right now. Come on E* get your butt in gear and get the NY RSN's on.

And with the money they save by not doing EI, they should be able to put all RSN's up.

With baseball season here, I could not wait any longer so I just added basic digital cable a couple of weeks ago so I could have SNY-HD.

This is to supplement DishHD.

Hopefully Dish will turn them on soon. I would rather keep the $30 per month I have to pay to do this in my own pocket.

I think it's been pretty well established that we're not getting FSNY-HD or MSG-HD (until hell freezes over, that is). E* doesn't have YES. So the only one we have a prayer of seeing is SNY-HD, and from what I read they don't do nearly as much HD as YES (e.g. they don't do away games in HD).

I believe that SNY does all Mets home games in HD

I think, the fact that " SNY, MSG, and FOXNY have more HD programming in a week, than SUN and Fox Fl have in a month" is working against us. I wonder if they have the capacity?

I assumed that the recent $10 increase would surely cover the HD RSN cost in NY no?

After 10+ years at dish (been around since the AT40 days) I think it may be time to go.
