I Canceled AT&T UVERSE

Not disagreeing that you would go after the high dollar neighborhoods but that is completely illegal. The government has regulated cable and telcos and they are not allowed to only pick certain neighborhoods and provide select services.

Does the government decree where they have to start at ?

ATT sucks, has always sucked, and always will suck. Their service, their products. I'll gladly give Cablevision my $160 a month for TV, phone, internet. Reliable and fast. That's what I want.
