Does anyone know if there are any offers for a second one for current customers out there?

TRy writing ceo@echostar.com and see what they will charge you for a second 622. They currently don't offer many people a second 622 on a lease deal. Writing to the ceo usually gets you the second 622 for the same as the first one on a lease deal or I think $149.99. But to be sure write an email and see what they say.

CSR software will not allow them to add a second 622 to DIU unless the first has been in the system for 12 months.

Ceo email can help if you have a good history and a high enough rating.

I thought you cancelled your service on May 30th?

Call 1-866-319-4564 and speak with someone in the executive offices, they might let you lease a 2nd one if you agree to re-activate your services with a new 18 month contract.
