Yes, I have restarted the HR20. No dice. It is connected the "standard" way, I suppose. I do have wireless Internet in the house, but as stated before, there were never any previous problems, and nothing was ever changed or reconfigured.

I'd like to mount my D11 receiver to the underside of my kitchen cabinet. Are there any third party manufacturers out there that produce such a mounting kit? I imagine it'd be something similar to the mounting kits that are used on the underside of wall-mounted CRT TVs.
