i hope they fixed the "play to end" issue under home media on the joey and hopper... have to wait til tomorrow to check... can anyone confirm if they fixed this issue? (play to end doesnt work)

on hopper 2 i was able to "play to end" all files with in a folder on my nas... on the hopper 3, it only plays one file at a time

most of my files are "mkv" and play fine. i have a few that are mp4 and those will not play. i'll be converting those to mkv with "freemake video converter", its a free software you can download

I've been playing around with coding movies to play thru home media and regardless of what type of movies i play (mpg4,mpe2,mkv etc...), once i start the movie, there's nothing i can do to stop, pause, ffwd etc...it just keeps on playing. I can get back to regular channel viewing, but if i try...

i might be a little confused but i went with the dpp44 cause i wanted to run one line per receiver and plan on adding 2 more receivers later... using on dish 500 for 119 and 110 and another dish for 61.5... did the hard reboot and i think that fixed it... thanks

great forum !!! i just installed a dpp44 with a vip211 and a vip612. everything working but i get stuttering video on the vip211... mostly on non hd channels. everything good on the vip612... any ideas? thanks

but why would my vip211 work? no problems there.

i have a weird case... going crazy.... i have a vip612 hookep up to a dpp twin with a dp lnb connected to the input port.. seeing 119 110 and 61.5.... if i unplug the cable for about an hour and plug it back in everything works good for about 5 min... then i start to loose signal on 119...

cable length is about 120ft... with two breaks

i'm not sure, will try to figure out... but if the cable is too long what can i do?

but i've swapped lines (ports) and same issue... i checked into the "drift" thing.... not sure what that means, but it gives me a list of times and dates when the signal was lost... will do more research into the drift thing.... i'm just not sure if i have a bad dpp twin, too long cable...

ran a check again this morning and everything worked.... but after an hour i lost signal again on 119 and 110... there is only one break along the line and i cannot make the line shorter.... this only happens on the vip612.... on the vip211, signal is always good. is there anyway i can...
