    DishPlayer 7100 can't get guide

    SW64 switch feeding a DishPlayer 7100. There is a DISH 6000 in the same room which works fine. The 7100 can't download the guide; it keeps going to the 10 minute download screen for a while, and the home page tells me to go to TV listings to get the guide. I do and the same thing happens...
