I think I'll probably go with just a Genie, because I'm fine with not being able to pause live TV on my H21.

Thanks for the welcome, Chip! I think what I'll end up doing is getting a Genie, moving the DVR upstairs, and giving back an H21 unless it's leased. I'll have to ask them about the CCK because on the website it said it would cost $100.
