High-pitched noise on new Joey with H3

Hi, something new started the other day, and I can't figure it out. Every time I change the channel or start a DVR recording on a Joey with H3, there is a terrible high-pitched noise that wakes everyone up. I've had the Joeys for a few months now, and this issue is random and new (about three...

Display upcoming saved prime time anytime recordings in daily schedule

OK, searching for the missing show worked. But is there any way to get an accidentally deleted PTAT show back in the PTAT folder? Or if it is a saved show, how can I get this to return to my saved DVR shows? There didn't appear to be an option.

Display upcoming saved prime time anytime recordings in daily schedule

That's interesting because the show I recorded, SVU, was also one of my saved-series recordings. And it still disappeared for good. It was not in my deleted folders. Am I missing something?

Display upcoming saved prime time anytime recordings in daily schedule

Deleted PTAT shows Hey, unrelated question to this original thread: Do deleted PTAT shows disappear permanently? I accidentally deleted Law and Order SVU and it was not in the deleted items folder. I realize there is no reason to delete PTAT shows, as they take up no hard-drive space, but it...

Display upcoming saved prime time anytime recordings in daily schedule

Gottcha. So to be clear (and I am not home so I can't verify), if I unhide skipped shows, I will see the saved PTAT shows in the daily schedule? As for saved shows, I noticed that (for example, America's Got Talent) showed up in PTAT and as a "regular" saved show on my DVR. So I think you are...

Display upcoming saved prime time anytime recordings in daily schedule

Ok, I am getting used to the hopper but have two more questions: Does PrimeTime Anytime tape original and reruns? Is there any way for it to just tape new episodes? Also, if you disable PrimeTime Anytime, do you now have access to a third tuner to tape a third show? Or is that dedicated only to...

Display upcoming saved prime time anytime recordings in daily schedule

Right on. I get that part. I can save a series or a single episode. My question is whether there is a way to see in your daily schedule that these episodes or series are coming up. So in other words, it would be great to see saved shows, a la America's Got Talent, NCIS, etc. in the daily...

Display upcoming saved prime time anytime recordings in daily schedule

Hi, all. Quick question, and I apologize if this has been discussed. I am new to the Hopper. I just enabled Prime Time Anytime. However, I would like to save various permanently to the DVR. I figured that part out by selecting "save." However, there is no indication in the daily schedule that...

922 sling not working. need help!

Hello, a few weeks ago I switched broadband companies from Comcast to AT&T. Since then, I can't get my 922 to connect to Slingbox. I am using a turbo adapter since the router is in a separate room from the 922. Could someone please walk me through the steps to connect it? Right now, I have an...

HDMI versus Optical cable (loss of sound)

Got this. I have a fairly good receiver. It's a Yamaha 1600. So I think it is configured to handle digital sound. It always has in the past when I had U-verse and Cox Cable. One thing of note, when I select "stereo" as my audio source, the sound works fine -- just not ideal. Also, I checked...

HDMI versus Optical cable (loss of sound)

Thanks very much. I removed the optical cable and still had the same issues. When I watch something that is not full HD, the sound works great. For instance, I was watching a baseball game on ESPN last night, and the main sound was some being transmitted. When a commercial hit, I would hear...
