Is this a city ordinance situation or a problem with the property owner? Is there any way the Dish can be installed in a "temporary" way so it can be removed without damage to the property when you move out? Maybe on a pole on the ground?

According to Dish's news release, they say they are dropping AMC due to poor viewership. However, when I spoke with Dish's Customer Service and Loyalty Department about them dropping AMC I was told that AMC is one of their most popular channels. Once again, Ergen speaks with a forked tongue.
