Will they solely be just DirecTV for use with all the new HD locals? When launched? When starting use? And will spotbeams still be used even with the larger capacity on the birds?

Relax. I don't want to hack. I am willing to pay. I'm just trying to prove my theory to DISH and let them know this... my locals are on there and it is less crowded on that bird, so therefore more bandwith and in theory a better picture to pass my locals, rather than compress them down to...

F-T-A receiver? Is there a way with a FTA reciever? Like the PANSAT 2500A?

How do you get your DISH receiver to "see" Echostar 4 at 157 degee? There are a few locals on there from western markets and they are "supposedly" CONUS beams. Anyone?
