Is there a $10 charge for HD and another $10 for DVR?

I have been thinking of adding an additional HD Receiver. I am already paying the $6 additional tv charge, if I add an HD receiver do I pay a $10 advanced receiver fee in addition to the $6 or in place of?

I am unable to Get FIOS tv where I am on Long Island. I do have Fios internet/phone with my Directv. WatchEspn states you must be a FIOS TV subscriber to access it.

So I can not cancel Directv and just get Sunday ticket for $340 through the PS3?

Anyone else lose MLB network from their guide? I have my guides set to show channels I receive and MLB network does not appear in the guide. If I tune to the channel I do receive the programming. I reset one of my receivers and it did not help. Any suggestions?
