not having any exp with fta makes it difficult to ask the correct questions, reading multi threaded post only leads to more confusion, no wanting someone to write a book here.

at this time i am going with HD ota antenna, satelite providers have it stuck in thier head they are the only HD providers, theres alot going on right now with HD content providers and i am tired of fooling with the incompitence provided by the satelite CSR's and installers.

finally, after a long aggrevating affair with customer service and thier field rep/installers inability to deliver i had enough, ill get my HD fix by some other means.

if i had known what equip i was supposed to recieve i would have refused the install. the call center has no ideal what you should get, just sell you something, its the american way. the field techs are so green that water is still driping from thier ears.
