Yes, you have. AND you have been paying too much for it. When I left Dish for an alternative, I cut my bill to a little over a third. Not BY a third. TO a third. Do I get fewer channels? Enough. Only Sinclair can take the channels away. Only Dish can flip the switch that directs signal to the satellite. I would say this isn't rocket science, but the satellites weren't put there by unicorns. That said, this really isn't that difficult to understand.

Without going into detail, if there were an easy way to tell a browser (let's use Chrome as an example) to assume a given location, purely for testing purpose (you ARE a developer, right?), one could then use that browser. No VPN needed.
