There is nothing stopping Dish, that I know of, from negotiating the rights to provide access to ESPN3 to all of their subscribers, regardless of which internet providers they have. I believe the most recent ESPN3 negotiations with Cable/Internet providers only provide ESPN3 access to customers...

No it is component. Its not really that long either, both rooms are fairly close to one another, less than 50 feet.
