Would this upgrade have occured last night? I was flipping channels and stopped at one, thinking this looks like HD, what's on? It was a commercial, not Voom or HD related and it ended up being the WE channel. I would swear it was HD like quality..maybe my eyes? Would the improvements be that...

It happens to me also, but I noticed this with 7.33, not just the lastest version. It happens quite often.

The last problem you mentioned started with 7.33 for me.

Well, I have been pretty fortunate that I have had everything go smooth with my setup and service. All questions or issues were resolved in a prompt manner. I hope more Voom and Installs Inc. associates read these forums. It can only educate them more on what to improve on or what they are doing...

I have to agree with Voom sharing their testing to their customers and more so for us that are more techical and into this type of stuff. Now only if we had more direct contact on other testing, even if it was just a little information on things like the PVR. Not to get off the subject.. it...

Same here.. a couple seconds of pixelation and it held in there. I didn't watch it the whole night, but up until around midnight. I looked at the signal, once I realized it was raining and it was staying about 85 at the time. It's hard to say if it is ok now, but so far so good.

Hey there, I hopefully will have mine installed on Saturday. Cross fingers that they actually have the dish to install and not just come out to say it's ok to order it. Let us know Tdillon, if there is any fade tomorrow.. I think there is supposed to be some rain.

Just put in a call to Voom and have an appt. on Nov. 6 to see if a 24" dish should be installed. I don't think it's a matter of if it should, but that it must, if that is what will fix the rain fade problem. I hope that the equipment will be in hand and will be installed that day.
