    Help - 2 R10s, But One Has No Guide

    I think the R10 get's the guide updates from the dish and NOT the phone line. I say that becuase we have an R10 that was hooked up to the phone line for the first day (for the installer to activate it back in August) and NEVER since and we still get the guide updates.
