Trying to join I am using Safari browser and can't get to the charge card to pay section - do I have to change browsers?? The window I get just shows the subscription details and the paypal option but nothing about the charge card option?? Help!

canned dish hope I don't regret I don't think you will regret it. I have also switched and have taken the Ultimate package. They are coming today to install. :) I too am tired of lack of RSN HD plus a lot of other things. Like the delay in getting CBS in HD.

Is the protection plan at Direct a good idea? If you don't have it what does it cost to get equipment replaced? Do you get tech support?

Thinking of leaving Dish When you call to cancel your account does Dish cut your service immediately or do you get to finish the monthly service you paid for?? If they do cut your service right away do they refund the money for the portion of month you didn't use??

Slim line Dish Thanks for all the answers about the H24. I have one further question about the satellite dish. Is the slim line the only dish Direct has or will I have to be concerned about which one I get?? I am in the Southeastern part of WI and receive locals out of Milwaukee??

Sorry if I confused anyone buy just saying FSN (Fox Sport Network) I happened to realize that not everyone may have that in their area.

I have a problem with playback on my 622 (1000.4 eastern arc). It seems that when I record a baseball game on FSN and later want to start watching the game (start over) on the taped portion ( while it is still recording the rest of the game) it will freeze and not let me do it. I have to stop...

channels I see that 14186 WDJT5 is in this group which is the Milwaukee market. WDJT is channel 58 CBS and we have had it in SD but have been waiting for ever for it to come in HD. Would you think that perhaps they might be bringing it in HD soon?

The rebooting has only occurred when I put the satellite on for the first time. I can say I have read a few of the info messages and there good if you have never had satellite before. I sure hope my 622 hard drive isn't going to die - what kind of ehd do I need? A computer ehd...

I guess they are the Standby messages! I've had it happen three times now ( within a two week period) and it looked for a different satellite in the eastern arc after the reboot. I sure hope it is software and not my 622 saying good bye.
