I've heard you can put service on hold . What is the total cost ? Will I still have to pay all the fees associated with DVR/2nd rec. etc ? Also, will my DVR still be able to receive the local channels through my antenna ? or recorded programs ? I will probably only be home for about 2 days a...

Does that 211 have multiple HD outputs ? Been a couple of years since I've messed with one. It would depend on the distance from your bedroom to porch,but you could do what I did with my 722.I ran the main tv off of HDMI and a tv on front porch through component cables.I picked up a 50ft set...

I saw the article with the 3.95 price demand .. Does anyone know what price DTV settled on ? Curious because I'm waiting for either DTV or Dish to add CSN for Houston ..I've heard rumor that they were asking somewhere between 3-4$. I just don't see either picking up Houston at those kind of prices.

Jason, Could you give me any info on CSN for Houston Rockets/Astros ? Hopefully they are close to making a deal ? I've heard DTV and Comcast are close,would hate to jump ship,but I'm sick of watching games on crappy streams

I'm not under contract so not a concern.Looks like most of the stuff I watch is on the 120 pack,unfortunately.I may hold out a week or two to see if they can strike a deal with Comcast for the Houston sports. I wish they would finally make an HD only pack. Thanks for the help guy's

The Houston Rockets are partnered with Comcast,so it's not just a situation where CCast owns the rights's to air the game's.A huge portion of the fan base is currently not able to get the game's.Hopefully the Rocket's organization will put pressure on CCast to offer reasonable rates.
