    Time Warner doesn't own the Braves anymore. Liberty Media owns them now. Fox Cable has the regional cable/sat rights for the Braves. They paid a ton of money for Turner South. Peachtree TV has the rights to 45 Regular Season Braves games. Not sure how this CSS deal is working.

    My folks have what the system info says is a DP501. The remote that came with it is a platinum. I bought them one that says 6.3 on the back and has a blue 2 on the bottom. I have programmed the remote and verified the address, but I can't get it to work. Should the 6.3 control the 501?

    repairing Hughes DirecTiVo

    I have an old Hughes SD DirecTiVo. 99% sure the hard drive failed on it. Is it worth fixing? How do I go about it? Isn't there someplace I can send it to to get it repaired? Sorry to be asking dumb questions. I haven't kept up with any of this stuff for several years now.

    need advice on laptops

    I have a Dell Vostro 1500 that I dropped today. I am pretty sure it broke my small toe on my left foot! I also sort of messed up the DVD drive too. I shoved it it back in, doesn't look exactly right, but it is working. I have been pleased with it so far.
