Alright, I finally finished my XM Radio installation. The reason I went with XM was that it cost me $35 for all the up-front parts. I installed it on my dodge neon such that the cord ran straight out to the driver side, then down the black rubber groove in the roof. Antenna attached to roof...

As I said, I do have a vent mount and have tried it. It simply doesn't work well in my car. However, I did come up with an even better solution, I will post pics when I am done.

I finally got the vehicle kit for my Skyfi2 XM receiver for $50 off ebay. The skyfi2 itself was free (which is why I went with xm). Did I make a big mistake? I'm having trouble mounting my XM, and I'm starting to wonder if maybe I should sell my XM stuff and go with sirius. What do you think?
