    Got a software update in the last few days. The only way I could tell was the AT&T logo in different places where the DirecTV logo used to be. I checked my teams upcoming games and so far, all are scheduled to be recorded. Hopefully this fixed the issue...fingers crossed.

    misbe, Is it still working properly? Mine continues to fail to record games for My Teams unless I manually record them. CLEARMYBOX only works for a day or two. It's very annoying.

    I'm having similar issues. A clearmybox fixes it for a week or 2, but then the games stop recording again. I have an HR44-500. Just curious, does anyone who's having this issue have an HR54? Is it possible that it's specific to the 44's?

    Same here on my 500. Is there any way to abort an update so that you don't have to wait 15 minutes for the whole process to finish?

    So they spent all of this time on an "HD" GUI, and they weren't able to squeeze any more info on guide? Still 1 1/2 hours by 6 channels? Are there any significant changes other than crisper graphics and a few icons?

    Odd. I'm not seeing the new banners either. I confirmed that I have v.0453, but I'm not seeing any of the new features.

    Where are you seeing these options? When I go to Smart Search, do I type in a query then hit the red button? Where are the options showing up?

    Thanks armchair, they DO work with the CE, but not with the national release. For some reason, the channel limits don't work. Fortunately, I've got the CE, and all is well now! Thanks, Doug

    Thanks for the link Jason. I'm checking it now. I tried the 672 673 option, but the problem is that it returns listings on many other channels. So far, nothing seems to restrict the results to the channel that I need. If anyone else has any suggestions, feel free to chime in.
