    Hate the new info screen. Cluttered up with useless "you might also like". So much crap on the page that it truncates the descriptions (which is what the info page is for) if they are over a couple of lines. I already know what I like and what I want to watch.

    Thanks but the inactivity timer has always been disabled. Never experienced this until S418. Have had this hopper for almost 2 years. Since 418 and only after the guide update it will standby a couple of times about 30 min apart. Just goes into standby, no warning. After that all is fine...

    Since the last software update my Hopper goes into standby even after the guide update. I turn it back on after the guide update finishes and it will standby 2 or 3 more times after that. Anyone else experience this ?

    Mine is a regular Hopper. I have had it about a year. I will also add that I am sure its not heat related. I have a laptop cooler under it and the avg HD temp is 109. I have no other issues with the Hopper other than being slow to respond to remote commands.

    Since the last software update my Hopper has become as slow as Christmas. The Joeys are fine however. It takes the Hopper around five seconds to respond to any button pressed on the remote. IE: If I direct input a channel on the remote (say 205), I have to press 2 and wait around five seconds...

    Had S230 when I got home around 2:00am. Joeys were updated as well. Bluetooth works perfectly with my KINIVO headset and I am getting all 10 of my locals with 70+ signal strength.

    When you pause an event while it is recording, you are only pausing the live feed, the recording continues. I don't believe it's possible to do what you are saying. It is my understanding that the recorded event has to be completed for it to have full MRV functionality.
