You would still need a tech to come out and hook up your cable in the cable junction, just cause your building has a dish it dont mean your pluged up in to the service. It's just like comcast, just cause the cable is there it dont mean you get service.

well, like i said in my post " i do not have line of sight on 119 or 110" so this would be pretty stupid. I would understand if they were doing this for superdish customer's with 121, but i dont have that! so this makes no sense.
