    What was in its place before the Wally, if it's a fresh install, then I would replace the Wally assuming the cable run is all good, and signal is good. Wally is so sensitive :(

    I deal with this daily. If you have signal coming in at the receiver, replace the LNB. Reset it, if it doesn't take, then replace the Wally.

    None taken my man. I usually go over what I did and what problems I found before I leave and out everything in the account notes and site work notes. But the cable quality could be checked by a quick glance. I didn't mean to come off as arrogant or rude though.

    Did he check the coax to ensure it was 3Ghz rated? Verify the wall plate barrels were high frequency as in light blue in color? Check no connectors had " suck in " and center conductors braid wrapped around then? A simple receiver swap is hardly ever the issue . Justin
