Get them on Redbox! With new sign up you get promo codes and can rent these for cheap. I had a problem my first rental. I went to returnthe DVD and the kiosk was dead. I called Redbox. They sent me promo codes for 5 movies. Awesome.

I've noticed it too. I'll get all excited because the My Recordings icon for a show will say I have 2 new recordings. Then I'm let down when there's a repeat. I've seen it on several shows, all network shows so it could be a PTAT bug. Maybe S238 will fix it.

There is definitely a problem with the audio when switching between HD and SD channels. I also lose the sound and it takes a video switch (HDMI handshake) on my receiver to get it back.

One of the strange things that happens to me is loss of audio when I switch from an HD to SD channel. My Hopper output runs to a Pioneer Elite VSX21 receiver. To get the audio back, I have to switch receiver inputs which forces an HDMI handshake with the DISH receiver. Anyone else notice this?

If you have any Joeys you'll need to re-link them to your new Hopper. This is not mentioned in the setup sheet they give you.

The only way I know to see those shows is to turn off PTAT. I wish it was the old way too.

Thanks for the inputs. I'm going to ask for another adapter and go from there. If I'm bored and have time I just might throw in an old router to see if there's any difference. The lack of a powered LED on the adapter makes me think the router has nothing to do with these issues.

My two centa worth here... It almost sounds like a QOS issue. When the Hopper needs the bandwidth it seems like it takes all of it which leaves the other devices out in the cold. Not sure if this would cause the dropping offline or not. Try setting some of your other devices higher in the QOS...
