Nope. Just applied the increase on my service. I was wondering if anyone else received a certificate.

I have a fast connection and it still takes anywhere from 2-3 hours.

I got my statement today and it said for being a valued customer they enclosed a certificate for $10 to use towards programming. No where in the envelope is their a certificate. Ive been ripped-off again!

I dont understand why someone would want to download a movie to watch unless they were going to be able to watch it then. Not 3 hours later. Why bother? You could go rent it faster then that. Where is the convenience? I wasted money money on a ethernet adapter for this? I hope they make some...

So I wonder if this is how long it is taking others to download also? I thought it would be pretty dang quick!

What is the amount of time it should take to download a movie? It is taking me 3hours to download.. Whats the use?
