$10 Certificate with Statement

I got my statement today and it said for being a valued customer they enclosed a certificate for $10 to use towards programming. No where in the envelope is their a certificate. Ive been ripped-off again!

Nope. Just applied the increase on my service. I was wondering if anyone else received a certificate.

It would seem that your chances are better than they were when they were supposed to come with the monthly statement.

Perhaps someone else with paperless billing can offer their experience.
