    That would explain it best for me. I had read about limits on here but they didn't even come to mind at the time. When I first noticed the problem a few days ago, I even tried a dish pass and that didn't fix it. Does a pass have the same limit? It should be easy to test.

    See that's the problem. It's not marked to be recorded or skipped. I thought this was name based recording so as long as the name is the same then it shouldn't matter if it's marked as new or not. It should be picked up as a new or re-run and set appropriately.
