A link to download a file will only take up a few KB of room, I would also guess that the links refresh (download) when you click on the icon. I don't believe that the issue would be space on the H3 drive.

I see the same thing as the OP all the time. The search feature sucks and does not return a good list of results. I often search for something and do not get the results I am looking for but find it by manually looking in the guide. Upper or lower case characters make no difference.

That helped somewhat. After doing that a few times it removed the deleted locations from the folder list but still shows them in the artist list. I'll do this a few times and see if it continues to improve each time...Thanks!

I've actually tried deleting (just moved to look like it was all deleted.) everything on the server and did several refreshes over a few hours and then moved the stuff back but nothing changed.

It will say "Transitioning" (whatever that means) and eventually time out but the listing will remain.

I just deleted a bunch of stuff from the server two days ago. I have tried rebooting the hopper a couple of times and tried leaving the hopper at the home media menu hoping it would rescan but it never removes the listing for the deleted stuff.

I have been using the Home media feature to play music from one of my Network storage devices and it has always worked great. Thanks to everyone for your replies and suggestions. I did a lot of playing around last night and I think I figured this out. When we got the new Hopper all the timers needed to be recreated which we are still working on. While creating the timers I was setting the start and end times at 2 or 3...

+1 I am loving the Netflix interface on the Hopper (much better than I have through my DVD player). If they were to add Amazon Prime I would be VERY happy.

Nope, no errors at all. Everything seems fine except we can't figure out why we can only record 2 things at a time now. I guess I should say that I can record 3 things if i set the Over the air to record but I don't think that has anything to do with it.

Thanks for the input. Since I am not familiar with this, do you still think this might be the case even though they never touched the cabling or anything else when they swapped the Hopper box?
