    HR34 and AM21 power issue

    I recently got an HR34 Genie. Have a AM21 connected to the Genie and all is well but the AM21 does not shut off when HR34 is shut down. AM21 worked a-ok when connected to HR24. Anyone out there with similar problem?

    H20-600 PARTIAL RECALL BY DTV

    Great info and very helpfull I have a H20-600 receiver that runs extremely hot and has been mal-functioning lately. Called the number and reached a real person! Direct TV sending replacement pronto. Satellite Guy's rock!!!! :D
