Thanks. Working with DiRT member already but the only real feedback I'm getting is just the steps for going to Flex; so I turned to the forum for advise.

The Welcome Pack is close but it's missing a few too many of our watched channels. You may be right about the supplement with streaming but while I want to save money, I'm not quite ready to have 3-4 different ways for programming (OTA, Satellite, Sling, Amazon, etc..)

I'm not sure if I have the grandfatherd fees; only because I got under a new contract (assuming when I upgraded to H3). My equipment fees are $15 for DVR service and $7 each for the Joeys. I'm probably going to drop one of the Joeys as it not used too often.

So I'm looking for a bit of advise; perhaps from some folks who have done or considered the same thing. I'm in need of saving some money and was looking to either change my programming to the Flex pack or dropping Dish altogether for a streaming option like Sling. Currently, I'm on Dish 120...

I did not purchase the H3. The joeys are are Joey 2's.

So I moved to a H3 setup when they first came out. Since then, my 2 Joeys seem much slower to respond to remote inputs/commands. Is this a known problem with the new H3? Is there any remedy that I could try to resolve the slowness? Thanks in advance.

Thanks! According to the set top, it looks like I have 1.2k dish. But I wonder how the box knows the exact dish? I can see it would know the LNB; but the dish? Or are there specific LNB's that only fit specific dishes? Looking at the dish, I would have thought it was a 1.4k as it seemed...
