    Is the HR34 the whole home DVR box? I didn't because we only have one TV in the house. I guess I can see if they would do a swap for me this early.

    So, I am coming from Dish Network with a 922 DVR. Switch over about 3 weeks ago and generally I am happy. The only thing bothering me is how "slow" the HR22-100 that I have is compared to how my 922 felt. Are any of the higher up DirecTV DVR's snappier?

    I played with the updated app a bit last night and it works like a champ. I need to stream some TV over cell today and see how that looks.

    With TV2 support just having been added I got on Dish online chat. They are sending me a free remote. There is no reason for you to be paying for another remote ;) I should note, they charge my CC $21.96 and then applied a credit of the same amount to my Dish account.

    The Sling Player for Android right now is pure and utter trash. Ever time you try and use an controls it holds for 30 seconds and just waits...If they release something that doesn't suck soon, that would be great.

    VIP 922 DLNA video streaming -partialy working

    The DLNA service seems so so for me thus far. I have a PS3 and stream 1080p content from my PC to it all the time. The few tests I have done on the 922 stutter on the video with 1080p content. This is all on the same network.

    Dish 922 + Android Sling Player = horrible UI slow down

    I just got a 922 yesterday and generally love it so far. The one major issue I am having is shown in that video. When using the Slingplayer app for Android, if you hit a button, it pauses for up to 15 to 20 seconds then does what you ask. Anyone else dealing with this?

    Dallas/Fort Worth Locals...ConUS or Spot?

    The List seems to say 110/SB21. But when I use Point Dish it locks and says 21 is a Transponder. Am I missing something???

    Okay, so if I wanted to "move" to Oklahoma City locals and I get a signal strength of 58 on Sat 119 Transponder 9 that is what I need?
