Dallas/Fort Worth Locals...ConUS or Spot?

The List seems to say 110/SB21. But when I use Point Dish it locks and says 21 is a Transponder. Am I missing something???

The number of the spotbeam isn't the transponder number. Dallas is actually on Transponder 31.

They are on spots, not CONUS.
