    Moving Questions

I am considering moving from the Madison, WI area to the Tomahawk, WI area and was going to take my dish equipment which I own with me and reinstall it there. I currently have two dishes on my roof pointed at three satellites, 119, 110 and 61.5. If I reinstall this equipment would I be able to...

    DPP44 Help

IT WORKS! I think the problem was the F connector on the coax from the power inserter. I redid all of the F connectors anyway and after resolving some reciever issues, they had to be rest, everything works. Thanks again for all of the help. Later Andy

The copper center of my cables do not extend beyond the end of the connector. Do you they need to extremely long in order to function properly? I hate to have to redo all of the connectors. Thanks Andy

    DPP44 Help

Thanks for the reply. I will keep my fingers crossed that it works. I did not have receiver one connected to the power supply in my previous attempts to connect the system. I guess the 5 years in school becoming an Engineer paid off in drawing that diagram! Thanks Andy

    DPP44 Help

In an attempt to try and figure this out I have removed the feed from the 129 LNB and only have the port 1 and port 2 of the DPP Twin connected to the switch to see if my 129 feed is screwing it up for some reason. I still have no signal to my receivers through the switch. Since I do not know...

    DPP44 Help

Well I finally got around to running another RG-6 coax from the dish down to my basement. It was actually easier than I thought it was going to be. However now I cannot get any reciever to see a signal after the switch. I have it wired as followed. I don't actually know which cable is...

    DPP44 Help

Thanks for the info. Unfortunately this is going to be extremely difficult for me to do. I cannot run the cable down the same route as the other cables as it runs down inside my chimmeny box. I really don't want to run the cable around the outside of the house either. I guess I might have to...

    DPP44 Help

I actually just got off the roof to see exactly what was up there. I have a Dish 1000 with a single 129 DP LNB and a Twin 110, 119 DP LNB.

    DPP44 Help

I just finished trying that and it did not work. I was able to complete the check switch when I bipased the 44 switch to the receiver and then once I went through the switch again nothing. Any other ideas? Thanks Andy
