    DPP44 Help

IT WORKS! I think the problem was the F connector on the coax from the power inserter. I redid all of the F connectors anyway and after resolving some reciever issues, they had to be rest, everything works. Thanks again for all of the help. Later Andy

The copper center of my cables do not extend beyond the end of the connector. Do you they need to extremely long in order to function properly? I hate to have to redo all of the connectors. Thanks Andy

Thanks for the reply. I will keep my fingers crossed that it works. I did not have receiver one connected to the power supply in my previous attempts to connect the system. I guess the 5 years in school becoming an Engineer paid off in drawing that diagram! Thanks Andy

    DPP44 Help

In an attempt to try and figure this out I have removed the feed from the 129 LNB and only have the port 1 and port 2 of the DPP Twin connected to the switch to see if my 129 feed is screwing it up for some reason. I still have no signal to my receivers through the switch. Since I do not know...

    DPP44 Help

Thanks for the info. Unfortunately this is going to be extremely difficult for me to do. I cannot run the cable down the same route as the other cables as it runs down inside my chimmeny box. I really don't want to run the cable around the outside of the house either. I guess I might have to...

    OTA and 622 Dropping Signal

I just checked and I do have the L4.03 software version. I am starting to get sick of having Dish. Any idea as to when Dish plans on fixing this problem? My guess is if I called Customer No Service they wouldn't know. Is there any way to revert back to an old version of the software?

    OTA and 622 Dropping Signal

I currently have 2 622s that are hooked into my roof antenna for my HD OTA programming. About a week or so ago I started having problems with both 622s dropping the OTA signal. Every couple of minutes I loose the signal and get the yellow pop up or it pixelates and pauses for a second and...

    Help adding another reciever

I currently have two 622 recievers in the house. I called to add a third 622 and they placed my order as a lease. Once the techs showed up today they informed me that dish will not allow 3 622s on the same account. I have three HD TVs and I need to keep the 2 622s I have, I can't stand...

I just noticed this same problem over the past few weeks with my 622 reciever. My signal strength is at 100 with no preamp. It was never a problem until recently. Does anyone know what Dish Network has done that caused this problem?

Second 622 and OTA signal low

I currently have one 622 hooked up to a tv and the OTA stations have signal strengths in the high 90's. My local installer added another 622 for my new tv today and the OTA signal strength is in the 70s for that receiver and is so weak that I only get about a third of the channels that I get on...
